2. Personal data we collect

• Contact details you submit: name, company, work email, phone or LINE ID, country.
• The content of your enquiry or partner application.
• Text you type into the AI solution builder. It is processed in your browser and is not sent to us unless you submit a form.
• Technical data such as IP address, device, and pages visited, through essential and, with consent, analytics cookies.
• If you choose “Accept all”: how you reached the site (the website you came from, the first page you opened and any campaign tags in the link). We store it in your browser for up to 30 days and attach it to an enquiry, chat or sign-up you send, so we know which channels work.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your request and prepare proposals: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To manage partner applications and business relationships: legitimate interest.
• To send news and event invitations: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To measure and improve the website, and to record which channel an enquiry came from, through analytics cookies and the source details above: consent.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with our delivery and technology partners (including Groovy Technoweb Pvt Ltd, India) and service providers who need it to serve you, under contracts that protect it. Where data leaves Thailand, we apply safeguards required by the PDPA.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to [24] months after our last contact, and contract data for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@upspire.ai. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are used only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Essential only”, we do not store or send where you came from. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again.
